Not available in Quebec... I guess Hydro-Quebec monopoly will never allow for this king of business to grow here. Even though an HQ representative would argue that they develop numerous green energy projects, they will never be able to match the power of community involvement if this business model flies. A bunch of individuals willing to pay more for green energy will sure create a greater impact than government funded projects. Anyway, I still believe - until someone proves me wrong - that in Canada, Quebec leads the pack in green energy conversion.
